Order Processing
All orders placed on CartEpic are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, orders are dispatched through our trusted courier partners.

Shipping Timeline
Our standard delivery timeline is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, strikes, or natural events.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum purchase is required.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We provide Cash on Delivery service for most pincodes in India. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to make the payment upon delivery. COD orders may be verified via phone, email, or SMS before dispatch to reduce fraudulent or incomplete orders. Customers with repeated failed COD deliveries may have this payment option restricted.

Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the courier may attempt delivery again. If delivery still fails, the order will be returned to us and may be cancelled.
