How can I place an order on your website?
To place an order on CartEpic, simply browse our product selection, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your shipping information and payment details to complete your purchase.

CartEpic accepts various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, UPI as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pincodes in India. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to make the payment upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
CartEpic has a 5-day return policy. Customers have 5 days after receiving their item to request a return, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For more details, please refer to our return policy.
